Commercial suppliers and corporate specialists who have submitted official statutory documentation, undergone physical verification, and maintain an active relationship with Biashara Professionals.
Verified active registration with the Business Registration Service (BRS), confirmation of directors, and valid CR12 on file.
Physical office, warehouse, or factory location confirmed in Kenya—protecting buyers against anonymous online middlemen.
Relevant statutory licensing verified where applicable (e.g. ICPAK for CPAs, LSK for commercial advocates, KEBS for manufacturers, EPRA for energy distributors).
If you encounter an unresponsive contact or procurement communication delay with a partner, our concierge team actively liaises with their leadership to facilitate follow-up.
While we screen partners and assist in communication, commercial contracts, payments, and warranties remain strictly between buyer and vendor off-platform.

The 4-Step Due Diligence Checklist for Kenyan Business Buyers
Whether dealing with an accredited Verified Partner or an unvetted Standard Listing, never transfer company funds or release high-value purchase orders without following these four essential rules:
Official BRS Verification
Request the company registration number (PVT-xxx or CPR/xxx) and conduct an official company search on eCitizen to confirm active legal registration and verified director identities.
Physical Premise Inspection
Confirm physical commercial premises, warehouse, or factory in Kenya. Conduct an on-site visit or send a dispatch representative for bulk deliveries before releasing final payment.
eTIMS Pro-Forma Invoice
Demand a formal pro-forma invoice with a valid KRA PIN and eTIMS compliance before releasing funds. Never make commercial transfers to unverified personal M-Pesa lines.
Milestone Payments & Written POs
Always execute a written Purchase Order (PO) or supply agreement with delivery milestones. Avoid 100% upfront payments for goods not yet inspected or delivered.
